Mayonnaise & Dressings 

The products of the MST range stabilise mayonnaises and salad dressings in a wide variety of applications. Our mixtures are used as a substitute for egg white and yolk. Improved creaminess for fat simulation in low-fat and low-calorie products as well as improved emulsification and acid stability are only some of the positive properties of our MST range. There is a selection of different products for every declaration requested by our customers.
